Terms and Conditions

Licensing Policy

All the themes that we have created are 100% GPL-compatible. When you upgrade to a premium version of a theme, you get access to additional features, as well as product updates and support. We have three types of licenses for our premium themes: single site license, unlimited site license and a lifetime site license. A premium theme with a single site license means that you can use the theme on one domain only. If you want, you can use the theme on other domains too, but you will not get updates and support for them. If you are planning to use the theme on more that one site, we highly recommend buying a multi-site license. After 1 year has passed, you can still use the theme, even if you do not renew your subscription but you will lose access to updates and support. We highly recommend to stay up to date and keep your site secure by keeping your subscription or buying a lifetime license. A lifetime site license means you will get updates and support for the years to come, without having to renew your subscription.

Trials

We currently do not offer trials but you can test the free version of the themes and if you like any of them, we highly recommend upgrading to a premium version. If you are a premium theme user, you will get access to more features, priority updates and support.

Refunds

We provide full refunds for themes that were purchased and never downloaded within the first 14 days after the purchase. If the theme has been downloaded, we provide refunds on a case by case basis, when there is a functionality issue with the theme that we are not able to solve in a timely manner. Please note that our themes are being used by thousands of people and they are thoroughly tested, so it is highly unlikely (though technically possible) to find a bug or a functionality issue.

Please note: Refund requests made after downloading the theme are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within 14 days of your original purchase. Before asking for a refund, make sure you have gone through the theme documentation and tested if the issue persists when you deactivate all the plugins on your website. Simply stating that something doesn’t work is not a valid reason for a refund. You need to switch off all the plugins, make sure you run the latest version of WordPress and record a short video with the problematic functionality or at least provide some clear reproduction steps, so our team can test the issue on our end. If we do find out there is a functionality issue and we are not able to quickly address it via a theme update, we will refund you.

In general, we are hesitant to provide refunds. This is because of the nature of the product we are offering – it is a digital product that the customer cannot simply return it to us. By providing no refunds we are trying to limit some fraudulent behavior that we have had in the past – a user buys the premium version of the theme with no real intention to use the theme but only to steal the source code from us, issues a refund and then attempts to sell the theme as his own.

A note on license renewals refunds: You are reminded 30 days before the subscription ends that you will be charged automatically. Asking for a refund when you have been notified well in advance will not be accepted. If you do not wish to be automatically charged, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the following link or by just sending us an email. However, we strongly recommend to keep your subscription active and pay for yearly renewals, as it protects you from security issues, plugin incompatibilities and keeps your site up to date.
